We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including legal, accounting or reporting requirements.  Typically clients information is retained for up to six years in line with HMRC guidance and marketing content details are kept until consent is withdrawn.

We share limited personal information with trusted service providers who support our business operations, including Funnel Sketchers, The Growthnest, Stripe, Google Analytics, social media platforms and scheduling tools. These organisations only process data in line with our instructions and data protection policies.

Funnel Sketchers UK based platform

This data processor does the following activities for us: Hosts and manages our online forms, lead magnets and automations collecting limited personal information (name and email) submitted by clients or website visitors.

The Growth Nest

This data processor does the following activities for us: Provides website and funnel management support including data capture from contact forms and landing pages used for marketing and communication purposes.

Stripe (Global payment processor, headquarters in Ireland\/USA

This data processor does the following activities for us: Processes secure online payments and stores limited customer payment information in compliance with PCI - DSS and GDPR Standards.

Google Analytics ( Google analytics services operated by google LLC)

This data processor does the following activities for us: Collects anonymised website usage data to help us understand visitor behaviour and improve our website performance.

Scheduling tools (e.g. Calendly)

This data processor does the following activities for us: Manages client bookings and appointment data, including names, emails, availability to facilitate coaching calls and consultations.

Social Media Platforms (META, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

Used for marketing and communication and engagement with clients and followers.  Data is shared only through platform interactions (Comments, messages or ads)  These platforms may transfer data out of the UK under the Addendum to the EU standard Contractual Clauses, ensuring appropriate safeguards in line with UK GDPR.

Sharing information outside of the UK

Where necessary, we will transfer personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, we comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
